Should we automatically have the right to have children?
Simple question.

Does anyone know what the ratio of males to females is on PH?

Oh dear. Then what you propose isn't allowed.... No wonder PH was slow this afternoon!

Ooh how timely!

No, licensed only. No-one should have the automatic right to completely screw someone up.

You did your level best to turn BTAP2002 into a Bacchanalian orgy Mungo.. in fact I suspect it's the same wherever you go

And, no - procreation should be by a system of licensing only..

At age 21, every man and woman will donate their eggs & sperm. They will then be sterilised. An insemination will then take place after rigorous assessment only.

Its high bloody time children were means tested. *controversial*

This working families tax credit is encouraging those people who shouldnt have children to do just that.

You need a license to drive a car, fly a plane, ride a motorbike and even use a sprinkler but they will let any half witted couple have children. There is something seriously amiss somewhere!

Matt.

Is it just me or is it the halfwits can spunk kids out like shelling peas. They make totally unsuitable parents, and the ones who you know will make cracking parents (like a very close friend of mine) have all manner of problems conceiving.

A licence to procreate .. yes I think so. The country has too many halfwits already. One look at the cabinet and the royal family proves that.

Roger each other? Just had this mental image of BTAP 2003 being a big orgy.

Can't say I'd like to roger *every* PHer and no doubt there are some that wouldn't like to be rogered by me!

Mungo, no not all PHers
To "procreate" quote

To beget and conceive (offspring).
To produce or create; originate.
To beget and conceive offspring; reproduce.

(God knows what beget means though)
We are only allowed non PHers, as sgirl has pointed out this wouldnt work and is just plain daft.

Must admit that when I see Trailer Park Trash in Tescos letting forth with a string of expletives at some poor toddler I do wonder if the system could be improved somewhat. Parenting classes?
