If anyone who wondered what they looked like heres one, you have two per engine.. They measure 128mm diameter. 52mm I/D of the outlet.






If anyones interested, I could knock up the engineering drawing for bypass section, saving your own for MOT time.

These get a little hot...

They only look like that when new. Once fitted to the car they desintigrate within seconds then get sucked back into the engine leading to impending doom.
