02 WRX STI - what to look out for??

My friend is about to purchase said car, it is a black UK car with all the bells and whistles. 3 owners and 40k miles on a 2002/02 model. Is there anything specific to look out for on this particaulr model apart from the obvious and of course a full HPI check. The car has cat 1 alarm, tracker and black jack for security and insurance savings which is always a bonus. Hopefully the car is going to be sat on her drive in a week or two so I will try and get some pics

It will be the turbo that whistles but I would have the bells removed, all that ringing must get really annoying!

Haven't heard anything specific about 02 models, as with anything probably worth getting someone who knows their stuff to check it out. STi's have more good bits (stronger brakes, clutch etc) so should be pretty solid.
