The fuse for the brakes lights, speedo keeps blowning, whenever I make a right turn, sat in traffic to long, or attempted to take the revs over 4k.
I can drive all day without it popping, then suddenly it does.

I have also noticed that the battery light flickers on/off when am driving.
The battery is charging as this has been going on for 2 weeks now.

Replaced all the connectors on the alternator, but still no joy.
I did a search on the 100 Amp fuse thing, just need to know if my (93 k plate) would have this fuse?

Not sure on your brake lights fuse, could be earthing out maybe somewhere???
As for your alternator it could need new brushes in it. The light will gradually start to flicker as they wear out with it still charging and then it will just go on you!!, If you get the chance it is worth pulling it off and taking it to be tested. I seem to recall that to have new brushes put in is only in the region of about £25
cheers

Might be the voltage regulator in the alternator if it blows when you rev the engine beyond 4K. Check the battery voltage as you rev the engine - shouldn't go much above 13.5V IIRC.
