I may be able to help here, let me check to see if they were binned or kept.

What on earth could you be thinking of adding that involves modifying the exhaust manifolds, let me think ...

Let us know how you get on!

Oooooo... Exhaust driven induction forcing devices??? Sounds interesting.... Definately interested in knowing how that little(ahem) task turns out..
keep us all posted please :-)

p.s. Derek, will be at SCH for the saturday. Do you still have the manifolds we discussed some weeks back? I will collect on the day and settle up.

Carl.

Mike, I am in the process of fitting stainless manifolds to my S2 at the moment, the old ones are ok, mail me through my profile if you are interested.

That would be great if I can get my hands on a set of manifolds, then I can kick start the project. I don't really want to modify my existing ones.

I shall then announce to the world my findings, the concept, creation and after that who knows! I personally give myself 100 miles before the engine explodes and I see one of the valves enter near orbit . I’ve been getting some good and sound advice from people (Booster1 in particular) so hopefully that will not happen.

Ive been playing with twin turbocharger/supercharger designs for an S3C. Its very feasable although id be hesitant to go for the supercharger. Stick to half a bar boost and you should be safe from any bangs if all is in good order. I think to small garretts would be good or 2 x ct26 ceramic turbos.

I'm going to run a single T3 turbo and then water injection, at least I can run a higher boost without low compression pistons, oh and of course change the ECU. However I have noticed that T25 turbo’s are common and a lot cheaper but twin turbo’s require a lot more setting up. It all depends on the manifold situation.

Many many thanks Steve, manifold already cut for welding joining and welding. Turbo sitting on bench.

A few more weekends before it is finished. I'm really hoping I can finished it for Le Man.
