Chaps,
I recently returned from a successful Nurburgring weekend. My 996C4 was faultless and proved to be perfect for the wet/damp/dry track.
However I noticed (as did half the car park!) that after fast laps the car would smoke (oil smoke) from exhausts which would soon clear.
The oil has been slightly overfilled and someone suggested it was probably due to oil sloshing about due to the G forces.
The car burns no oil, and oil pressure is good.
Is this normal? What can be done?
cheers
Neil
