There's been a great debate in our office about some rumour that a TVR has recently been made entirely out of recycled plastic bags - is there any ounce of truth in this?
Ta very much pistonheads.

DC - How on earth can you call that thing a LOOM! If it is anything like mine then it resembles a bowl of overcooked noodles

This does ring a bell, but it wasnt a TVR, it was a chrystler concept car namer the "pronto-spider" (or "something"-spider) IIRC.

The car was a small 2 seat roadster, with a silver body made entirely from recylcled plastic. The general reception was positive however it never made production. Similar in some ways to the smart roadster.

It was also featured in Gran Turismo 2 IIRC.

I did mean loom in the loosest possible sense of the word.

If you fancy making a quick buck we could enter our looms in the Turner Prize next year. You could call yours a bowl of noodles, I could call mine a bag of s**t...

Cheers
