I need to know which garage people would recommend out of these two

Parr or JZ Machtech

My car has a few gremlins that no one can seem to find. And that I have put my hand in my pocket to have fixed.

So with my warranty expiring in 3 months I want to get everything sorted.

I just want a company that can actually fix the car as opposed to just guess what’s wrong and letting me pick up the tab! I tired of being told its fixed just for it to come back again.

Any input would be great

Out of curiosity, what are the gremlins that are getting you down?

No idea for the garage I'm afraid - have never used any of the porker garages in the UK.

Never used Parr or owned a 993, but for what it’s worth always found JZ really helpful and efficient, used them for servicing on my old SC for several years.

I had an intermittent problem with my old 968 that 3 OPC's failed to diagnose. Took it to JZ and they got it spot on within hours and repaired under OPC warranty. What more can I say.

BTW, Parr are only 30 mins from me and JZ 90 mins on M25, I use JZ for everything. Make of that what you will.

Engine check light likes to come on every so often

Poor boost (not making 0.8 bar at 4,000rpm in 4th)

Vibration/Shuddering at high speeds

and a few other minor things that tbh arent really major (heater etc)
