Discussion
Are these any good? Anyone seen the results (i.e. tried the old test of printing money and/or tax discs)?

that ones better.
have a 2550 here which is the predessor to the 2600 and its very good. not as good as the high end ones that have that wax layer, but nonetheless very good.
cheap colour lasers are immeasurably better than inkjets.

We have some of the 2550's here, I am absolutely stunned they are so cheap, I figured they were about a grand!
It is somewhat questionable though that a set of cartridges will cost you £170 but you get a set with the printer, so the printer is practically free with each set of cartridges!

yeah, the carts aren't cheap. when they come new they come with the low filled cartridges, eg 2000 copies each rather than the 4000 cartridges that cost £12 more. once you get it specced with the 4k carts it feel much better. until the imaging drum thing needs changing at a cost of a £100 or so.
