Track Day insurance

Would appreciate any thoughts on the attached thread from those more experienced than I -

Tough choice, but to be honest, not being able to make the TVR Car Club day at Snetterton leaves few options really open to a track day novice (Cadwell looks a little tough!).

Baz, I did an MSV track evening at Brands on Wednesday. CCI charged me £140 to cover £15,000 of car (not full value) with a £1500.

Good job I didnt need to claim but better safe than sorry

Sunninghill have always been excellent regarding track day cover for me (part of their TVR policy). Driving on a track does put your excess up to a grand.

Cadwell is superb, Dont be put off by people saying it's tough, just go and take it easy.
