Given the horrible misfire the car has developed I think I need some new leads. As it is my only car can not wait for mail order, does anyone please know where I can go to get some replacements (Halfords etc)?

Thank you. Would you know the part numbers or are they all the same for the V8.

You need the sort for engines with a distributor. I assume you know to replace the leads one by one to ensure they don't get mixed up. If you're doing a general HT service consider replacing the cap and rotor arm (also from Land Rover dealer) too, and get a new set of plug extenders (ACT, or any TVR specialist, or anyone who stocks Vauxhall parts).

Thank you all again. Will asking for HT leads for an engine with a distributor alone be enough or do they have a special name / type etc. Sorry for all the questions but I do not want to pick up the wrong ones as I believe they close at midday.
