Please let me know what you think about it

Canon EOS ElanIIe, 28-135IS, Fujichrome Velvia 50 (I'm not 100% sure. it might have been Kodak E100VS), Tripod, standard E6 processing, No filters, No digital manipulation (except for dust cloning, and levels+curves+etc... to get the scanned image to match the original slide)

I like it a lot

one very slight criticism... I would have liked to have seen the obelisks full reflection in the water, rather than it being cut off Plus, is it an optical illusion or is it not quite straight?

Excellent photo! I'm no expert, but I'd like to see more of that building that's hiding behind it. Still, I really like it

Before I go to bed...

I would have liked to have seen less of the building behind. I can't help looking at it rather than the obelisk (sp), and as Mrs. Fish said, the whole refection would have been cool too. Great pic though .

Edit to fix drunk spelling

I think you're right . . . The water must be on a slope . . .

I would have never made such a silly mistake such as not keeping my camera straight.
Didn't you know about the famous leaning obelisk of Washington DC???

I'll try to fix it with photoshop

I'm against excessive digital image manipulation, so even if I could (slide film) I would not remove those buildings

and for those of you who don't know... the shot was taken in Washington DC, the obelisk is the Washington Monument, and the building on the left is th US Capitol
