Just picked up a White '88 350i with PAS 52K from new.... with FSH!Interior is great , carpets only fair.

Needs Brakes sorting (now I know what you guys meant by cr4p!)
Needs speedo cable fitting
Needs Steering Column bush checking.
Running a little rich, and idling @ 1000rpm,

Came with the Bible, loads of old Sprints, Manual for Rover V8
Plus a tailored car cover......Bargain

Chassis seems OK, But I'll know more next week when I get it up on a mates (MOT Tester) 4 post to fit speedo cable..Also get it RR tuned...

Dash wood has been replaced by stainless.

Thanks to you guys I also got my insurance through RH, for £168

Just driven it 50 miles home, and then another 50 miles (I know the speedo don't work - so I used my hand held Sat Nav) to drop my Father @ the pub (1.2 Miles away). The shortest distance between 2 points is no longer a straight line!

Now I've tucked it up for the night in it's nice, carpeted, double locked, alarmed garage.....

Best toy ever, best noise ever, biggest grin ever!

PS I'll post some photo's ASAP,
PPS I'll also try to make it to BBWF...

You're not wrong Steve..i should pull my finger out and take some better pics. That red Escort's been dead nearly 2 years now
As for rusty arches....thank God we don't have to worry about them as well.

Well done Steve and welcome to the darkside mad house, you will never regret buying a Wedge. You should practice your Grin in private for a bit, I looked like a bloke in need of care for months after I got my first one.

I've got a pair of these discs / calipers off my race car (open to offers), the pads won't be any use on a road car but the vented granada discs / calipers only have a couple of races on them.

Cheers, I'm going to get the wheels off next week.
Problem is it's pulling left under braking once warm.
Could be a sticky piston, or some air trapped in the system.
I'll strip the caliper off, and check piston movement, if that doesn't solve it i'll bleed them down.

Could also be water in the fluid, 48K service was quite a while ago....

Might be interested in the vented kit though...depends how much
