fitting springs and dampers

While fitting new disks & pads earlier I noticed that both front dampers were leaking. Thanks to ebay I already have a full set of springs & dampers ready to fit. So tomorrow I want to replace all the springs & dampers.
Question is, is it just a case of wheels off, undo the bolts & fit the new stuff or are there any pitfalls to be aware of? I always worry when a job looks really simple!
Any helpful hints & tips would be much appreciated.

yeh dead easy, just unbolt what looks like needs unbolting and bolt the new stuff straight on.
