Sagaris inspection bonnet

Having just picked the car up this is my first day to get to know the car. Can anyone tell me how much their inspection bonnet can be moved by hand. Although secure, mine seems to rattle around a lot.

No doubt other questions will come to mind as the day progresses......

It moves a little by hand in the middle, although at speed the middle does rise and look as if it will come off. However it shouldnt come off even if it looks like it will. Mine has only come off once but you don't want to go there....

PS. check and make sure the modification to stop the bonnet coming off has been fitted, new cars from July 2005 had it fitted in the factory, older cars had to have the dealer fit it.

I think this will of had the retro fit changes already but how do I check/tell ?

Been out for 2 hours or so 'gentle' hooning. It worth every penny of my t350. You have confidence to drive it and know what it is going to do. Still early days but the handling is superb.
