Bit of a hassle, beside those ones are quite expensive >£30 set and made of metal which as a plug leads separator kind of defeats the point of fitting them. ie to space and insulate the leads. Just after some high temperature plastic ones.
Have you tried Marosso, a US company. I got a set of 6 blue seperators from ebay for about £10. Mine are 7 - 9 mm, however, they're a little loose so should be fine for 10mm.
