Has anyone seen a program called Motors Legend on there? They showed highlights of the Formula 1 season from 1979 and 1980.

Motors Legend covers many different years and series as well. Although if the annoyingly loud amercian is providing the voice over I turn over.

I'm pretty sure Motors comes as part of the whole SKY package. My Mother-in-Law has it - when we go round to hers for dinner the kids put the Disney channel on straight away, then when they distracted I switch Motors TV on...

Anyway, it's on channel 413 on the SKY package. If you get a hotel with SKY, you should be OK.

Check with them though - you don't want to book into the hotel and then get annoyed by the lack of GT racing and the abundance of German pornography...

EDITED TO SAY:
There might be a flaw in your plan. Most hotels kick you out by 11am, Le Mans doesn't finish until 4pm / 3pm GMT...
Bloody good idea though. Get some mates, beer, telly, pizza

In some ways im actually looking forward to not going to Le Mans this year ( been for the last 10 years)

as it means i can watch the coverage on motors... we still plan to pitch a tent in the garden, live on bbq food and lager/wine/pastis and build our own beer mountain

can you see the tv from your back garden though? I'm going to pitch a tent in the living room, right in front of the tv

Come on now, I know Le Mans weekend is exciting but is there any need for that?
