Details in todays MCN from a solicitor that does what it says in the title. Looks like you just have to send you fully filled NIP back with an attached letter set out as the solicitio says. All it does is point out the fact that you were NOT cautioned before being falsed to admit guilr by filling out the NIP and therefore anything confessed prior to the caution is not able to be admitted.

DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ON THE NIP EXCEPT "SEE ATTACHED SHEET"
copy the PACE sheet from pepipoo.com, attach it and send it... 27 days later... then read the legal.
