Adobe

[puggit]

I can't think of a product that I have more problems with?! I work in presales, so I'm often converting word and excel docs in to pdf format to provide to customers.

But adobe is forever corrupting or someithing, and frequently is incapable of opening pdf files. Requiring an uninstall/reinstall...

Anyone know of a good shareware alternative for viewing pdfs? I've found primoPDF for creating, and it works well

We use PDF995, which is quite good.

Has adobe added any features since Acro5, or have they just made it slower by a magnitude of about 10.

Cutepdf was recommended on here a short while ago.

Seems to work very well and it's freeware

You can do form filling on the newer versions, some online legal services are using it.
