Ferarri 430 spider in silver or steel grey
Discussion
Is black out of the question? I know its boring but it looks awesome on cars when clean and never a problem to shift on. Actaully when i was looking for a 360 in black there was one which was older than the red ones but more money with same mileage. Probably because it was the only black coupe on autotrader. Just a thought.
Apart from that Steel grey.

Wife's boss has the 430 in silver, and the general consensus is it looks naff - I tend to agree.
naff? is that a good or bad thing?

Do you have a picture of the dark metallic red? That would look hot but I would think the resale would be more difficult than a traditional colr.
I'll buy it off you in a couple of years.

You're right. That burgundy red is hot. hot. Superb. thanks for that pic.
I just found this pic of the Grigio Silverstone - looks like right in between the steel grey and silver.

Grigio Silverstone

I've seen a couple of 360's in the steel grey (the darker of the silver colours) and also seens a couple of 360's in the lighter silver colour. In my opinion I like the darker grey as it catches the light more effectively when direct sunlight hits it.
There is more of a contrast which brings out the curves of the car.
Also when sitting on standard silver alloys, it bring out the difference in colours a bit better and you can appreciate both the alloys and body work as its own component.
I know I'm talking about 360's here but the 430 isn't all that different in shape.
