Hi, I've currently got a fujifilm M603, which I've had for a couple of years. I like it but I don't use it as often as I'd like because its too big to carry with me. The camera on my phone is useless so its not an option. I've been reading reviews on the fuji z1 and the sony T range.

Does anyone on here have experience of these? I plan to sell my M603 on ebay then make up the funds to £200 for the new camera. Any help appreciated.

Have a look at the Canon IXUS 800 IS.

I have one on order for delivery 'soon' with Dabs.

Early reviews look very good, especially with regards to quality of pic compared to the Sony/Panasonics.

Main reason I want that particular model is that it has a nice big (relatively) piece of glass on it with Image Stabilising...

I wouldn't rule out the Fuji Z2. Circa £200 should get you a new one. Image quality is bound to be better than your M603 and you'll still be able to use your xD card in it.
