Meta alarm help needed

Had the power off the battery briefly yesterday to fit the Modwise hot start kit and the alarm did go off once, cancelled and continued to fit the kit. But.....now when I disengage the alarm the red alarm LED does the following in a 30s loop "stays on for 5-8 seconds followed by 3 very quick flashes then back to staying on" it does this as I say for about 30s, then the normal immobiliser flash which I can cancel then start the car. If I press the blipper during the first loop I just set the alarm again.

Anyone have this before or know how to cancel it? I've tried googling but can't get anything Meta Alarm related.

Could it be anything to do with the battery not having a full charge I did have problems yesterday with my 100a fuse blowing, which happend before this but not noticed until after the kit was fitted, so the alarm was disconected and reconnected to a battery with less than normal charge.

Not tried it enough to know yet.

Tested, no difference, still won't turn over if run till warmed up (5-10mins plus) and then turned off.

probably a new starter needed aswell then ;( I have a spare one if you want to borrow it to prove that its that?
