Inner Ring Road Leeds

Following on from the "M62 Start" thread, it seems that nobody takes any notice of the Motorway status of this road. Ok the limit is an unrealistic 40mph(60 would be better and is what most traffic does). The number of Mopeds and learner riders and drivers using this road seems to be on the up, and the Mopeds are out of their depth on this road.

and above that whenever i try and leave Leeds i keep going around in circles!

the amount of times i have driven past the Harley garage trying to get home!!!
