IIRC Stourbridge Porsche was owned by a gentleman called Martin Ladbrook / Ladbroke (he also owned Smithfield Volkswagen in the centre of Birmingham and Warwick Porsche ) He expanded the business rapidly in the late 80's early nineties and IIRC (allegedly)ran into cashflow problems and either sold out or went into receivership.
I'm told he's a genuine gentleman and not a fly-by-night con artist.
The former Porsche site now has a Jaguar dealership located there (Paramount Jaguar)

Sorry David,I'm going back too far ! Stourbridge Porsche has had dealers in two locations I was refering to the earlier one in my previous post.
The location you are talking about is part of the Evans Halshaw Group that was taken over by the Pendragon Group some years ago.
It is now the used car centre for the "Top Marques" cars within the same group.
As Porsche centre Sutton Coldfield (not Solihull) was/is part of the same group, they may still hold the records to your car on their database.
Failing that I know two technicians who worked at Stourbridge (technically known as Hagley Porsche) who may be able to tell me where (if) the information is archived still.
