New roof trim and rear section help needed

I have just had my 94 Griff 500 re trimmed and my trimmer has had problems replacing the rear section back on the car...i was going to get someone to possibly replace the rear section anyway but i need to speak to someone who can offer the re trim roof package.
Does anyone know of a service in the southeast of England?


any help with names and telephone numbers much appreciated.

He recovered my hard section and replaced the folding section including rear window for £500.

What's the problem with refitting the rear section? Captive bolts not captive anymore? I'd warn Andy in advance - that's only fair! But he may be able to effect a repair once the roof fabric is removed. I had mine off a couple of weeks ago and ran a nut up each captive bolt thread to hold the bolts steady and tight (to prevent future problems). Worked well and doesn't seem to affect mounting clearance.

many thanks for your reply,i have not seen or paid for my retrim yet, my guy said on the phone that he could'nt get the tension on the rear screen right even though he had tightened the nuts and bolts on the rail holding the rear part of the roof to the car/frame.... i think due to the rear screen getting a bit misty this is the time to bite the bullet and just get both the targa and rear done?
£500 doesn't seem too bad

Sounds like the window and/or fabric of the rear section has stretched. It's something you want done right, so personally I'd make sure whoever does it has done it before - but if you trust your guy, then get him to go ahead with £500 the figure to beat!
