There are some things that will not affect a warranty and some that will.
Obviously a remap will void the engine warranty and everyone having a remap knows this. If you remove Porsche's safety margins from the mapping, you cannot expect them to pick up the bill if your engine lunches itself.
Fitting an air filter that still filters to sub 10 micron but has a better flow capacity wont void a warranty. Suspension is a stand alone part and whilst you wouldn't ask Porsche to warranty XYZ suspension, the fitting of it won't cause other parts to fail. It may cause your bushes to wear out more quickly, but fair wear and tear isn't covered.
Exhausts can fall into into the benign and malignant camps. If the exhaust maintains factory back pressure and just produces more noise, there is no reason why it should void the drivetrain warranty. If it is a race system designed to optimise exhaust port scavenging at a different part of the rev range, then it may require a remap to maintain safe fuelling. With or without the map, you would be voiding your warranty.
The best thing to do is have a chat with your service manager. Let him know what you are planning on doing and ask him if in his opinion this would affect the warranty. At the end of the day, if you need to make a warranty claim, it will normally be just his decision unless the claim is investigated.
