drivers door not working then opening when go to drive away

hi has anyone experianced this fault as well today while out the drivers door button on the mirror stopped working i thought strange and then when i started it up and went to drive off the solinoid went and poped the door open even though it didnt work with the bottons from inside or outside and when i press to open nothing happens and have to use emergency cord when i press the lock button the drivers open button flashes but the other one does not can any one help with the or tell me what the problem is or a repair for it

Yes had this once on passenger door, when damp had upset the ecu. Was cured by good telephone advice (Gorners)on resetting the ecu for that door, which sits in the passenger footwell area. Was basically to unplug it for about 30 secs, which prompts it to reset. I don't remember exactly which of the black boxes in that area it was though - hopefully becomes clear if you're looking at them!

Edited to add - check the 2 fuses first, for that door and it's ecu.
