I'm knackered after going to Thruxton to watch it live. First bike racing I've been to since the Transatlantic Trophy at Oulton Park with Sheene, Roberts Snr., Mamola etc. in about 1980! Had a great day out, 380 miles on the Aprilia with my 14 year old on the back. 
The front of the races was a bit of a procession, the Ducatis were clearly better than the rest and Lavilla could clearly ride away from Haslam more or less at will. The racing for the lower places was better though, good watching Byrne making his way through from last place on the grid in the second race.
