Was a passenger in my sister's Clio otherwise would have stopped to offer a fuse...

yup - it was a Y reg dark blue Tuscan on the M4...

Hope that wasn't the same blue Tuscan that I saw on Saturday afternoon on my way into London!!!! It was parked on the hard shoulder coming out of London on the M4 (just off the elevated section).
