Congrats Je33a some very good lap times and consistancy throughout and RodStreet who joined the game late but still managed to get into 2nd place..

Sorry RSJ1 I just pipped you for 3rd place on number of wins (2 to 1)

Not done anything on it yet, had an awesome bank holiday weekend so had no chance. Can you tell me a little about it as in. How many attempts for a great lap do i get? Can i just go back day after day and try for a better time until the qualifying closes? Is this first part just a race against the clock (i hope it is)?

I had a quick (20min)go yesterday only managed a 55.x and postion 503rd (at the time), quali is race against the clock style, fixed car, auto box, no ghost car which I miss, as far as I can tell you can keep on trying until it closes.

ok cool, thanks for the info. Going to give it a whirl tonight. This is the track i took the #1 spot on and J took #3 or #4?
J what time have you put in? and where are you ranked?

You HAVE to do it on Hishiguchi short in the Gallardo with it set to auto.

So far I have a 54.60 (300ish position), I think 64th is a 53.98 (it was last night anyway).

You have to be in the top 64 on May 1st to qualify for the races.

You get as many laps as you want.

Can't believe I got a point for that lap. The Behemoth is just too long, and I hate the class A cars. One flying lap is about all I could face, and I must have had 3 small offs.

I hope there's going to be this much interest in Forza Motorsport II when it comes out.

right i tried the pgr3 tourny and put in a 53.94 putting me in the top 100 but that just won't do at all. Have been speaking to some of the TTR lads who are currently running 53.20's and they are constantly being outdone by others. I notice since i started racing this evening the qualifying time went down from 53.78 to 53.74. Soto stay top 64 i'll need to put in a 53.30ish so we'll see what i can do over the next week or so.
