I would suggest getting the old one repaired or counting the rows and calling a radiator supplier, they often have oil coolers in stock and I am sure the Cerbera one is a stock item.

Its a fairly standard size, I got a new mocal one from DT for around £65, you can order them with any end fittings you want. You can remove your mounting frame and the new one will just bolt straight in there!!

Ahhhh that's better then, was looking at DT earlier and having kittens at the prices they came up with.

Is it easy to get to? I can't for the life of me work out how to access it. Looks like rad out and front access hatch panel thing in the wheel arch.

Can you remeber what thickness and number of rows etc to save me taking it all apart to find out prior to ordering?

I got a 16 row/235mm one, apparently the 4.5 has a 19 row one, p.302 of the DT motorsport catalogue. I've changed all the hoses too, and so decided to opt for JIC -10 end fittings throughout. I found the oil cooler quite tricky - the connectors had effectively welded together and trying to undo the pipes in place started to bend the mountings. Even using a second wrench on the cooler body, they just didn't want to come off, and the cooler itself started to shear. In the end I cut the pipes in order to get it out. You need to move the radiators back enough to get the cooler through from above, then its possible to fix it in place by squeezing a hand through the front air dam, to align the three counter sunk bolts.

As the cerbera is known for over-cooling it's oil, and most custoemrs don't want to pay big labour for this job, I generally leave the old cooler in place and mount the new cooler in the engine bay maybe an hour labour
