Quite a useful little tool for those without loaded sat nav systems.

Nice, I wondered when someone would implement a speed camera DB on a Google map.

Seeing them spread out on a map like that, it's truly horrific! A plague has hit our roads, stealthily, one camera at a time. And with them, a wholesale reduction in speed limits.

With this number of camera sites we should be seeing casualties approaching zero if speeding really is the single main cause. But of course it's not, so this infestation is merely peripheral to safety, while being central to revenue-raising.

That's feckin' ridiculous for Londoners (and visitors)!
Mind you, Belfast is wrong - two not listed - more where there are none, never have nor will be. No need for them at those locations.

Dont forget the paper AA map listing all the cameras. As seen on Top Gear. You can keep that one in the car

It explodes the safety camera lie.

Look, for example at the A140. This is the road in East Anglia between Norwich and Ipswich.

There are 5 Scameras on this map. 3 round Scole, and 2 where it joins the A14 near Ipswich.

If you look at this road on a map you will find that ..... there's a dual carriageway bypass near Scole and one just before the A14 (which has had its speed reduced to 50mph OTOMH).

This road is a bloody deathtrap (I live near it). Of course, the accidents are on the rubbish D2 bits with the hidden junctions.
