Ice Detector

Hi, this is my first post, so please be gentle with me.
I have a 98 Chimaera 4L & am hoping someone can tell me where to find the Ice Detector (themister). I've been told it's on the nearside front wing & that it's a thin wire-like item. Maybe I need new glasses, but I can't find it.
Any ideas?

They bust all the time, don't know how to replace it though, must get round to doing mine some time! Rich...

I found mine, (under passanger headlight pod - Griffith)at the end of two wires, rectangular shape covered in black shrink wrap stuff, no bigger than your small finger nail.

Was it easy replace?

Did not replace it as its working, but having seen the pic of the ice detector in the bible, I don't think it would be difficult, just cut old one off and solder new one to the wires and a bit of heat shrink stuff over the end.
