Just wrapped up a date for next Porchester Meet.

The Churchillian Pub, in the dogging car park, at 7pm on Saturday 6th May. We've been trying to increase attendence since the first meet in May 05, so hoping that all of the Monaros and HSVs in the area will attend. Will post a map for those not familiar with the area soon

I was going to ask about the spelling, but the map showed me the answer, its Portchester, no worries, question, having left Portsmouth in 1975, (Actually lived in 8, The Keep, Portchester for a while - renting- in 1975), is Horsea Island, shown on the map still called Horsea Island, I thought all the wet bits were filled in making it a bit of the mainland now?.

Is anyone up for organising a mini cruise somewhere down there? Nothing too long and entirely dependent on whether or not peeps will be having a munch at the pub.
