Just goes to show how good the NSX is. I won't spoil it for you but let's just say that it gets interesting towards the end. Apologies if it has been posted before.
If you have seen it before, and feel like complaining, then get stuffed!

A double power Murci will eat an NSX on the straights.
The whole bunch stays so nice and tidy close together I find this clip a bit hard to believe, but then I'm not a racer so I can't judge. Nice vid, and I do believe an NSX can lunch same dated Rari's and all . . . but a 600 horse V12?
Overheat: what did overheat, the brakes? The vid doesn't tell or didn't I hear? It's just an excuse to have the Lambo's win . . . imo.

Just watched the vid again.
A thought occurs.
The NSX was at the front of the rolling start, and made it into turn 1 first. The remaining cars then duff each other up for position. This pretty much sets the trend for the whole of the event.
Now, I'm not trying to pee anyone off (and I'll apologise now if I do) but the NSX is actually baulking the other cars to a great extent.
Gallardo and Murci power to weight ratios are both around 330bhp/tonne (give or take). NSX's is around 190bhp/tonne. Weight is weight though, and on a race track it's a killer for lap times. The Murci in particular is seriously disadvantaged in the entry to the turns as that dirty great lump threatens to unstick the rear (now that most people have seen Simon's engine and gearbox out, you'll know what I mean!).
The NSX is still a brilliant car, no question, but I suspect it's front row start was a big help none the less.
Great fun to watch, though. Imagine what state the Murci's brakes must have been in!

Shows how good the NSX is!?? Overheats after a few miles of spirited driving, I don't consider that as a worthwhile attribute.
Does pretty well to hold back cars with twice as power for as long as it did. Although upon reflection, I can't imagine an NSX being faster than an M3 CSL on track so I'm starting to doubt the integrity of the racing going on there.
Mind you, Gan-San was doing the driving and he's a bit handy I hear.
