Excellent run down to Portsmouth on the A3 this afternoon. Top down there and back but only one other Tiv spotted. Where were you all??!

I was on the A3 with the top off during the afternoon in the Guildford/Wisley area - both directions around 2:30 to 3pm - for no other reason than enjoying the ride.

I'm sure Mr Optimax will be delighted with my purchase of 2 tanksful over the past week!

Other liquids poured into and on the Chimaera included 500ml of Mobil-1; one-third of a 1 litre can of Mr Thompson's finest water seal; a generous wipe down with 2 coats of AutoGlym's Extra Gloss and finished off with a full leather rub down with Croftgate Leather Care Cream.

A spoilt Chimaera? You bet!

Hutch, I dunno how you do it mate! I spent a couple of hours cleaning the Griff today and only managed to shampoo the body and get some polish on - was far too knackered to give the leather a clean, although that is my next job!

Since I got the TVR a few weeks back I've started going for loads more aimless drives - I dunno whether it's to justify the purchase to myself, or because I love it so much (which I do). Driving for drivings sake does seem a bit silly, but that's what's happening! Agree on the Optimax thing.....

Now that's dedication Hutch! Mind you mind mine needs some serious TLC after this afternoon's run. Completely covered in cr@p off the road. I'll be spending next Saturday or Sunday prepping it for the Surrey run methinks.

Fair few here. Lovely day for a run from Poole to Seaton with added ice (-2C), views, pops&bangs (thanks to 390 wedge) and a decent lunch with like minded people.

Apologies for not going east. (Thats 2 weeks time)

I did the A3 from Greatham to Portsmouth (morning) and back (afternoon) yesterday, but was stuck in the family car , although my mind was in the S! Bet it was a lovely run.

Did you see the speed camera van sat in the layby somewhere round Queen Elizabeth Country Park? Sneaky b*ggers!
