New computer - can't get e-mail working....

I am hopeless with computers.

Just bought a new PC, but can't get my e-mail working.

After reconnecting to the internet via my Wannadoo broadband account, I tried to use e-mail without success.

When I try to send e-mail, the computer opens up the wizard to set up the e-mail and asks me the usual questions about name and address to be displayed.

So far so good.

Then it asks me for the names of the servers for outgoing and incoming mail.

Sorry for being thick, but I don't know what to put in these fields.

Can anyone help me?

Incoming email should be something like:
pop.wanadoo.co.uk or pop.freeserve.com

Outgoing:
smtp.wanadoo.co.uk or smtp.freeserve.com
