I recently got fed up with my hands getting cold due to wind but found a solution. I stretched a pair of latex gloves (the disposable type a mechanic might use) over my leather gloves. It looks silly but it keeps the wind and rain off my hands.
If you can stand looking like a fool give it a go.

Hi Marky, i have had the same trouble when riding my Duke and before when i had my ZX6R. i didnt have the trouble when riding my quad, no matter how long i was in the saddle. I put this down to my riding position on the bikes. i have since been taught to ride the bike like one would ride a horse. stand on the pegs as opposed to siting in the saddle, this will take the strain off the hands and you can concentrate on steering rather than just holding on so much. sounds a bit odd but once mastered it really helps and if you watch the WSB they all stand on the pegs too.
If you do this already then its the gloves.
Good luck and happy riding.

Not been biking long, got a CBR 600 but after about 15 miles my fingers start to go numb, not sure if it because I am holding on to tight or if my gloves are a bit thin, they are summer gloves.
There is another possibility. Check out:

It is possible that the issue is the vibration of the bike engine through the bars. The cold will not help. If this is the case then you need good warm gloves that aren't too tight and possibly foam handlebar grips.
