Thought I'd show the prints I put in for my photo club's print league this year. Didn't realise until I'd put them together like this that I had quite so many mountains ! We had to submit one set subject which this year was "A Film Title", no prizes for guessing which one that was but can you guess which of the eight images got the lowest mark ?

Got it in one !

Yes, there are some dodgy photographic judges about, just have to make sure they don't get invited back again ! I am considering becoming one myself in order to bring some balance (or exact revenge on them )

Oh, and forgot to mention that all but one of the photos was taken with my Fuji E550 at the end-of line price of £160 !

Great photos from a £160 camera! What was the other one taken with?

An EOS 1 with a 1988 vintage 70-210mm F4 lens. On Kodak 200ASA film at about a 15th of a second at F16 with the lens at the far end of the zoom according to memory. Hardest part was waiting for the flower to stop flopping about in the breeze created by a humidifying device cycling off and on inside the greenhouse, flower motion stopped about a nanosecond before the humidifier started up again !
