Flash movies

In a thread in General Gassing there is a link to this car chase video. Is there any way of saving this to my computer? It plays in my browser (Safari on a Mac) through the Flash plug-in, and I can download a 9.5MB file from the page, which presumably contains the movie file, but I cannot then play it. Any ideas?

I converted it to an mpg for you.

Just right click save as > download

Thanks, that's got it QuickTime still won't play it (it doesn't recognise it as an mpeg). but it will play in VLC. How did you extract the video?

Saved it as an .flv and used Super to encode it to an .mpg
