Not.

OK... he's had a fur cut so you can see his eyes - especially when airborne at 30mph.

800 ISO - Nikkor 80-400 - 500th sec - attacked by dog and fell over shortly after

Fantastic! Air-born, or should I say, incoming! He looks like a real bundle of fun.

It never ceases to amaze me how dogs can floor you. I was once pinned to the ground by a very excited Basset Hound (a bitch I might add). I couldn't get up because I was laughing so much

There's a distinct lack of any shadow under the dog in that shot, is he at altitude?

It was at 06.45 so shadows were not an option. If you look on the right you'll see shadows from a hedge - which will tell you where the sun was. Hence ISO 800!

Methinks you don't know beardies!

Even larger in this out of focus shot taken about half a second later and half a second before he hit my chest.

(You can even see a shadow as he is landing - but still airborne!)

This pic not sharpened for web or contrast added (unlike the above).

Just a thought.

It occurs to me this is the last sight a chicken would see. Hmmm

And what deamonic eyes they are too!

They shouldn't be called Bearded Collies, it should be Total Freakin Loonatic Collies. My friends Beardie could shread a rolled up newspaper into a gazillion pieces within 4 nano seconds of seeing it.

Martin.

Now THAT'S a man who's met a beardie.
