Ive never bothered wit iso on any car mainly cos i couldnt be bothered going out and getting the right connectors, i usually just snip the plug off then identify the wires with a meter, red is usually live, brown earth, yellow ign speakers are usually paired colours like grey and grey with a black stripe if you are unsure about what speaker wires go where then bare the ends off and connect a 1.5vAA battery, if you have a speaker pair then the speaker will crackle! If you want to get the polarity (phase) of the speakers correctly then you will have to look at the connections on the speakers themselves. If you get the phase wrong then you wont damage the system but you compromise sound quality.
They were standard colour codes that most proper makes use, TVR could be completely different so make sure you meter them first, also due to the funny start procedure there may not be an ignition wire, if not then just connect the permanent and the ignition on your stereo to the permanent live on the car.
There is a permanent live for the radio memory.

Thick Solid Red - Permanent Live (memeory feed)
Red with white stripe - N/A
Green - Switched Ignition feed
Thin solid Red - Amplified ariel feed (should be attached to ariel lead also)
To find the polarity of the speakers get an AA battery and put it across the pair of speaker wires. With the + lead on the + terminal of the battery the speaker will move out if it's the wrong way around it will move in. Save tracking all the wires through.
