Mate came off his bike Friday early evening oil dumped over the road big time, stood on the pavement slowing bikers down guiding them away from the oil. Rang police twice to inform them they where going to have an accident on there hands if its not cleared up. Two police cars came up looked at us and drove on (could see there had been an accident).....whats going on? When your speeding their quick to square you away. It was Plymouth police, how can I complain etc............by the way thank all the lads from Jaspers in Plymouth for sitting up on the roundabout with us for 3 hours on a Friday night (recovery took that long).

I think it is the 'Police Complaints Authority' for complaints.

I hope your mate was OK, even if his bike wasn't.

Your right though the Police are useless, on the roads.
I went to report some plank who vertually drove me off the road when I had my wife and child in the car, did they do anything - "well as no contact/damage was done all we can do is see if the car is known to the beat officer"
How useless is that - if contact had been made we'd have been complaining from hospital.

and rest......

Couldn't agree with you more.......I had an off a few years ago on a substance on the road and the Police couldn't be bothered as no one was hurt, I suppose I was lucky that I was able to make the call after coming off the bike....absolute ts in my mind.........but quick enough to write you a ticket if you don't kiss their back sides.....

Hope your mate is ok, the bike can be repaired or replaced..

Or you just call the central police phone number and say " I wish to complain".

Again, shame you met a bad bunch. There are some really GOOD bike friendsly coppers in the world, who try and move mountains to prevent further bike accidents and only prosecute mindless idiots who have no idea what sensible speeds are ( 60 in a 30 near to schools ?? )
