Yellow 993 GT2 Spotted in France
Discussion
clubsport said:It was badged 911 GT if that helps. To my untrained eye it looked just like Vic's Tango Monster or Blue Beauty.
Unusual on an M plate? M = 1994/5, 993 Gt2 came out in 1996,,,then again in 1998...it could have been a personal plate of course....or a 993 RS with RSR bodykit????

Cud it have been Sambaman in the 3.8 rsr , has GT badge on engine cover ???? Evo front etc ????
Have a look at piccys on Paul Mcleans site, www.gtclassics.co.uk at the top of the page is Paul's old yellow 993 RS, RSR conversion....Vics brace of Gt2 below it for comparison......the immediate visual clue is the full RSR front airdam, subtley different to the RSR body kit fitted to the clubsports,,,,not much to give it away from behind, especially if it had a "911 GT" badge fitted.
Give it time JC and we will get their with your Pork education mate

LOL ......HE SEEMS TO THINK CARS WITH INCH AND HALF WILL GO ON BUT IM NOT WILLING TO RISK DAMAGING THE FRONT SPLITTER, WHAT A BUMMER HEY , I WAS JUST GOING TO BOOK ....DISSAPOINTED ..
THE YELLOW GT2 WAS PROBABLY A JERSEY CAR,LHD, IT IS M REG,WHICH IS CORRECT.ITS THE EX FACTORY OWNED PR GT2,THAT WAS USED FOR BROCHURES,PROMOS AND MOTOR SHOWS ETC.
THERE IS ALSO A 993RS THAT IS /WAS M REG,ITS A 1994 ALSO,AND RHD.
JUST LOOK AT THE REAR SPOILER,FOR RSR VS GT2.A CORRECT RSR SHOULD HAVE THE RS CLUBSPORT REAR SPOILER.
