I did not mention BBQ on my calendar entry and I don;t know how too edit it. I'm now in a mad panic over missing out on it. Please make sure I'm down for 2.

PS 've just put "Ettingham Chase" into Google and the first entry it returns is a link to this very forum - probably because we both spell Ettington wrong.

Would it be a good idea to have a sticky post at the top of the forum, that doesn't allow any further posts to confuse the matter, giving all the information about the event?

I'm sure there are many lurkers and new posters on here that would prefer to read one official post giving place, date, times, prices, etc instead of trying to garner it all from several threads.
