The car has only done 42500 miles, but the interiors don,t tend to ware very well. On the whole its okay, but the drivers seat bolster is starting to go.

Yep that my house behind. Built as a shelf build in 2003/04.

Yes parts of the seat did not look good and parts of the dash looked poor. Bit of a bug bear of mine - as my T350 in some area's is not as good as my wedge..

Your house looks superb. You must be very proud. I'd like to do something like that but it always seems so difficult in the UK - especially the south !
