exclusive programme?

hi gang,

just a quick question: Riccardo has advised me to use option codes to illustrate my cars spec in my advert. I've discovered that code: 490 means 'hi-fi stereo system' (ooo, sounds modern) and that code: 09991 means 'exclusive programme'. can anyone tell me what that means?

any thoughts appreciated folks.
