Do a search about 20 months ago when I bought some and posted the details. I got McGard locking nuts and Halfords ordered them for me. They stock McGard, but not always this part. The ones you need are 1/2 inch thread and are from a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

These were and still are the only items that worked properly and were exactly as described from buying off Ebay for £20!

TVR centre have some. They are great and are complemented by a nice set of shinynuts

I got mine from the TVR centre, they do look exactly the same as MG rover items though, or you could possibly get some new for a Freelander?
