"Synchrometer" Flow Meter Adaptors

Recently acquired a "Synchrometer" carburetor flow meter made in Germany. Seems to work well - more accurate than the Uni-syn. The instructions list an adapter that allows the meter to remain connected to Stromberg carburetors - allows adjustments without holding the meter in place. Does anyone know of a source for the adapters? No manufacturer is listed on the instruction sheet and a web search hasn't been productive.
