Well, I filially got round to sorting out the seats. I started off with these chip seats:

Next job was to sort the colour out The grey seats needed to go black. I used the small leather colouring kit from here:
www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/LeatherDye.htm
After a couple of days passed, I got the leather dye through the post and set to work. The following pics show the stages through preperation through to finishing off:
Took about 4 hours in total. leather dying kit was great. Basically consists of cleaners and paints and an air brush to apply it. The only item the kit was short of was a second can of compressed air for the spraygun. They supply 1, I needed 2. (They are only a fiver or so).
I'm well impressed with the final results. The leather dye was very easy to use and great results are achievale if you take your time. I think its only acrylic paint or something similar, but works a treat.
Now all's left to do is fit them.

I wonder what the lighter colours are like on finish, as I want to redo my interior in the off white / beige colour to get rid of the dirty beige they currently are, as I think that if I redid them in dark blue to match the seats everything would be too dark.
Any one on here have dark blue interior with blue carpets ?
